What Kind Of Pins Can I Order?
There are currently several different trading pin types that are produced, but the normal trading pin that you will see at tournaments will be the Soft Enamel Trading Pins. This pin type is ordered over 50 times as often as any other type of pin. If you require shadows, photographs, or color gradients for your trading pin, then you will need to go with our Offset Digital Trading Pins. All RUSH trading pins are produced using an offset digital, or silk-screened process. Don’t be fooled by some competitor offering a rushed soft enamel pin, they cannot be produced in a rushed manor as they are hand crafted.

Soft enamel pins are the trading pin style that everyone wants. They are thicker and heavier and have more trading power. We recommend soft enamel trading pins unless you have a specific reason for another type of pin. Due to the way these pins are produced (raised and recessed metal with color fill), designs cannot be as detailed as with the silk-screened, or offset digital pins.

Silk-screened pins are a great choice for you if your design requires a lot of fine detail, or if you have a design that cannot have a metal border around each color (such as logos). Silk-screen pins are screen printed like t-shirts, and are limited to a spot color process (no gradients, are shadowing). Typically if you have a logo or corporate standards for a design that must be followed, this will be the pin type for you. Printed pins allow for so much detail, that even trademark and copyright symbols can be legible on a 1.25 inch pin.

Offset digital pins are digitally printed in full color and sealed with our clear protective coating. These pins allow for very fine detail, and also can have gradients, color meshing, shading, and even full color photographs. Offset digital pins are produced on a thinner metal, and typically are perceived to have a lower value (less trading power) than the soft enamel counter-parts. We recommend this type of pin if you want a team photograph on your trading pin, or if you are in a RUSH delivery status.

7-10 Day RUSH pins are created using our offset digital or silk-screen process. We require our free clear protective coating on all RUSH pins to protect your design during the shipping process. Our RUSH pins are produced and shipped within the specified production times that you have chosen. Please note that production times do not begin until final approval, and payment have been received.
3-5 Day Rush PinsClick Here for Free Quote Click Here for Pricing
3 - 5 Day RUSH pins are created using an offset digital process on a pre-cut shape (shapes listed below). These pins do not have to be stamped out, as they are stock shapes, which saves time in the production process. Each pin is also sealed with our clear protective coating before being shipped out. Due to the limitations of production, your design cannot go to the edge of the pin, and must have a metal border (bleed) of a few millimeters.
1 Day Rush, Stock PinsClick Here for Free Quote Click Here for Pricing
1 Day Stock Pins are predesigned, already produced soft enamel pins. We have softball and baseball designs available, and can ship your pins the same day that you order via overnight shipping. All 1 Day pin orders must be received before 2PM EST to ship out on the same day. We must receive payment, and final approval before shipping out your pins. Due to storage costs, and limited availability, these pins do incur a larger fee than standard production trading pins.
